PlanetScale's Schema recommendations feature can automatically detect problems with your database and recommend changes for you to apply through deploy requests. It can detect missing indexes, unused indexes, and unused tables. In this video, I cover the schema recommendations feature and two examples of using it to improve the schema of a messages table.
