✅ Checklist to discuss with your contractor – FACADE
1️⃣ What is the total cost of the facade (GROSS price)? 2️⃣ The price of the facade includes:
(you can enter YES or NO for each item)
Securing windows, doors, and surroundings
Installation of window trims
Installation of polystyrene
Milling of polystyrene (space for dowels) – some dowels do not require milling
Pinding
Installation of end caps (if applicable)
Sanding or tapping of polystyrene
Installation of corners
Installation of window sills
Installation of a starting strip or base profile
Embedding the mesh in the adhesive layer
Leveling adhesive layer
Plaster base (laminated plaster)
Plastering the facade (laminated plaster)
Painting (not required, but it is worth asking about this option)
Finishing the base area (what is under the starting strip)
Installation of soffit
Adding decorative effects
(If you agree with the contractor – be sure to include (The quantity or post a photo of the exact location to be taken. If you don't have an idea yet, ask what your contractor can do.)
Unlocking windows, removing foil, tape, cleaning any dirt
Waste removal (if NOT, require sorting: foil, bags, Styrofoam shreds separately)
3. Who is responsible for the costs associated with:

It's safest to agree on a single price "including materials"
Remember - organizing materials is also work. If the contractor only comes ready-made, and you buy and deliver everything, you are actually doing part of their job!
