SAMAN Hero WOD to show respect to the 13 people that got stuck in the cave along with the rescue team especially Saman who sacrificed his life for them.
The WOD was 8RFT:
13 deadlifts representing the number of people Saman gave his life to rescue
17 wall balls representing their 17 days underground
8x400m run representing the 3.2 km the boys were into the cave
