first must complete msq of 3.0 heavensward. talk to rowena in idyllshire accept the quest unexpected proposal. talk to ardashir in azys la then talk to rowena in mor dhona. go upstairs and talk to syndony. pass in zeta weapon or do fates in all 6 zones to obtain a crystal of each element. pass in the crystals to syndony to get astral umbral nodules. pass in those to ardashir for the relic weapon. step 2 toughining up must complete dungeons with the the relic weapon equipped before leaving so do dungeons with whatever u want just dont forget to switch weapons. need snowcloak sastasha hard sunken temple hard wanderers palace hard keeper of the lake and amdapour keep hard done. then dusk vigil sohlm al the aery then the vault done after those are cleared pass in weapon for a woken version and your done with this step.
