So how does Autodesk Matchmover 2011 work ?
Just got the Maya 2011, and it comes with Composite and Matchmover. I already have Syntheyes, but wanted to try out Matchmover to see how well it can track a simple shot. This is full-auto result. No tweaks or corrections. I perdonslly like Sytheyes more, but this is SO EASY to export right into Maya it's a big time saver. So if your a Maya super user, Matchmover offers convenience and there is virtually no set up in Maya-It sets up the cam, the image plane, everything. Honestly, I think the tracking algorithm could be better though...What are your thoughts?
