Ingredients
Meat filling
2 tbsp oil, for frying
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ onion, diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
½ cup carrots, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp beef base
3 tbsp flour
2 cups water
½ frozen corn
½ frozen peas
Potato Topping
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 ½ tsp salt, for boiling
½ cube chicken bouillon, for boiling (optional)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup Melted butter
½ cup Milk
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried chives
1 beaten egg yolk
Bake for 35-40 mins at 375° F
