TF2 - Halloween ConTracker Sound Mod

If you've played TF2 before Jungle Inferno, you may remember Halloween Contracts having a ton of unique sounds. Unfortunately, they didn't survive the jump from the Contracts Drawer to the ConTracker. This mod aims to fix that.
This mod works on Casual servers, as it's all UI based.
