The theme of Baldanders in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary. This one is titled "Military Watchdog! Baldanders" Sorry for the bad quality picture of Bal, but it's a lot harder than I expected to find a good picture of him. Anyway, this theme slightly resembles something out of Castlevania or something.
