Apex Legends Death on Respawn Bug [Full]
I think he migth have died initially from his character getting 'stuck' somewhere, like what happens when you use wraith portal and end up in a closed door. 'Out of Bounds' in the kill feed. Then after trying to respawn him he dropped down and died instantly again.
