700E by Neson Design - Build & Sound Demo
Slice Of My Life: Finally had the time and bandwidth to build my 700E custom mechanical keyboard by Neson Designs after having it sitting in my backlog for a almost a year.
I was drawn to this particular FRLTKL design because of the isolated spacebar and overall I think that it's aesthetically pleasing.
Not the best sound profile in my opinion because of the 1.2mm PCB, so I had to "beef it up" by using all of the foam included in the kit.
Build specs:
Aluminum Plate (with flex cuts)
Mill-maxed Solder PCB (1.2mm, with flex cuts)
TX Stabs (1.2mm, lubed)
KFA Pink Robin linear switches (pre-lubed, stock)
Switchlabs Sakuya keycaps (1.7mm PBT, dye-subbed)
