Engineering Hope: SED's Initiative to Empower Workers' Children Through Education
At Spray Engineering Devices Limited (SEDL), we believe that true progress begins when we look beyond machines and technologies and start building lives.
This video tells the story of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative to provide foundational education to the children of our factory workers. Born from our leadership's vision to give every child the "ability to dream," this program transforms our office conference rooms into vibrant classrooms every weekend.
Join us as we meet the children, like Murti (who wants to be a police officer) and Arushi (who wants to be a doctor), and hear from their dedicated teacher, Mrs Seema Singh. Many of these students, despite being in 3rd or 4th grade, lacked basic literacy. Our program starts from the ground up, using phonics, math, and interactive lessons to build the confidence and skills they need to succeed.
