Phénakistiscope Animated / School project
As some of you know, I am in an animation school located in Clermont Ferrand in France. I am in my second of three years and I'm very happy to show you what we make. For this beginning of the year, we had to work on the old optical trick, the phenakistiscope ( idk how you guys call it but check it out) based on the classic tale of little red riding hood. Sooooo I chose to animated kind of a dance show where my characters jump and turn around. I only could do it in 15 frames so it was very difficult to fit such a complex animation in such a low amount of frame. It is also in 15 fps and as much as i would have loved it to be less like 12 fps, i still like the final result a lot :)
