How to add a 10u spacebar to any pcb

Some DCS 10u spacebars use 8u stabilizers. While 8u wires are somewhat easy and cheap to acquire, pcbs with 8u stabilizer mounting holes are rare.
However instead of mounting stabilizers with screws or clips, we can simply stick plate mount stabilizers onto the pcb.
