Superbonus & Land Registry: Income Increases in Sight
The 2023 Budget introduced land registry update requirements for interventions related to the superbonus, assuming that the related interventions have affected the property's characteristics.
In recent days, the government has reconsidered further measures, but it appears the initial provision has not had the desired effect. Obviously, the increase in tax revenue is linked to the IMU (property tax), which should remain excluded from primary residences.
