Worldvein Resonance build - Arcane 1 shots
I've had a lot of fun with this build guys. Anytime I get the chance to use rune of power and go for some juicy 1 shots I'll take it. Also you might've noticed half way through the video I stopped using the battle text from the addon and those early clips are from a while ago. I had a slightly different gear build in the first half (Had void ritual corruption and 2 pvp trinkets, the badge and the proc one) The second half is my current build with the short haste proc, more haste baseline, no void ritual, Balefire Branch on use trinket, and Vita-Charged Titanshard proc trinket.
