5-6 medium potatoes
three on a grater
boil 2 eggs
1 egg per potato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tablespoons flour
stir in potatoes
grated boiled eggs
100g cheese
add to eggs
there are 2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp mayonnaise
put the potatoes in the pan
fry on both sides
