Everyone is wondering, "How much will I pay back?" and "What will my total monthly expenses be with a 10-year term?" Let's learn how to create a repayment plan using Excel when you take out this loan.
To calculate periodic interest, we need the term, interest rate, and loan amount. In this example, let's assume we're taking out a 500,000 TL housing loan, and proceed with a 120-month term and a 0.99% interest rate. You can adjust this to suit your own payment preferences.
After entering 120 months in the term field, 0.89 or 0.99 in the interest field, and 500,000 in the loan amount, and setting the data types, I move on to the formula...
