MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The year is 811 AD. A Viking family, isolated deep in the northern woods, has gone silent. Runa (Moa Stefansdotter), a young woman who has taken over her father’s legacy as a hunter, joins a group of warriors to investigate their disappearance.
But as they journey deeper into the wilderness, they find something far worse than enemy clans. The forest is home to an ancient evil—a "Draug," a mythological undead creature that guards its territory with brutal violence. Outnumbered and hunted by something they cannot kill, Runa must discover the secret of the Rune of the Dead to save her soul.
