Inventory Analysis Feature(How to shorten order processing time effectively)
Hi everyone
Since the inventory purchase feature was launched on SourcinBox in 2019, most of our clients have been using this feature frequently because it effectively shortens processing time to 24 hours.
But a problem has been there for those clients who have many SKUs on their stores. It took too much time to calculate how many inventories they need to purchase and manually create inventory orders before actually placing inventory orders on SourcinBox app.
Today, the good news is that we have launched the Inventory Analysis feature.
Look at the menu, we adjusted it so there’s Inventory Analysis/Purchase List/My Inventory in the Manage Inventory menu.
Now let’s check the Inventory Analysis. This interface shows SourcinBox SKUs which are connected with the SKUs on your stores.
Our APP records the sales volumes of last 5 days/10 days/15 days.
And there’s an AVG. Volume, which shows weighted average daily sales volume. Let’s check the formula by clicking the Calculate button.
Also we could adjust the numbers based on the suggested quantities.
Then, click Create Purchase Order button.
Select the warehouse.
Click confirm.
