First one is basic
2nd one you need to make sure you attack everyone. For every turn you didn't attack everyone they'll change there attack to all range and attack you.
3rd one - You're supposed to attack in a specific order. For every time you attack a character out of order. That character is paralyzed among other status effects and will probably die that turn. You need to keep Y'golonac behind Perun or he'll fire off his CS likely wiping your entire party. Easier said than done in most cases. But this fight overlooks the ability to inflict other debuffs and even HP cut effects for inflicting debuffs.
