MONTSORIU CASTLE (Near the Costa Brava)
The medieval castle of Montsoriu is located 45 minutes by car from Lloret de Mar and Blanes and 50 minutes from Girona. When you arrive you have to leave the car in a parking lot and walk 2.9 km on a steep path that takes 40 minutes. The effort has a reward: an impressive medieval castle and the relaxing vision of a landscape of forests and gentle mountains.
