Flour 600-650 g
Milk 130 ml
Sour cream 130 g
Butter 130 g
3 eggs and 1 yolk
Vegetable oil 15 g
Sugar 250 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
15-18 g fresh yeast
1 tsp cognac
70-80 g raisins
1.5 g vanilla
zest of half a lemon
FOR THE GLAZE
1 egg white
100 g powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
