Tower of Fantasy - Nemesis and Tsubasa nerfs on Global
Technically CN received buffs, but considering these numbers were already in place before global was released, our Tsubasa and Nemesis can be considered to be nerfed or at the very least 'adjusted back'.
I actually don't think this is a problem considering the developers are starting to be more aware of limiting power creep, so this video is not a criticism but just an FYI.
