Instructor Profile
Kazutoshi Shibuya: Born in 1965 in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture. In addition to recording and performing live with artists such as Yosui Inoue, Yumi Matsutoya, Maki Ohguro, Masayoshi Yamazaki, Kyoko, Yumiko Samejima, and Kanji Ishimaru, Shibuya is active in two of the giants of the Japanese Latin music scene, Orquesta del Sol and Orquesta de la Luz. Orquesta de la Luz released their 40th anniversary album, Más Caliente, on May 22, featuring guest appearances by Tony Succar, Maki Ohguro, Naoto Inti Raymi, and others.
