Hey Team, Y’all ever notice that every year Christmas starts earlier and earlier?1

I have, but why?

I reckon it has to do with how terrible life is, and people want joy back in it..

Everyone has at least one fond childhood memory of Christmas..most have many more..and we want to reconnect with that feeling of safety and happiness

But its fleeting, and every year its goes by quicker..

So we start Christmas earlier and earlier..to the point where thanksgiving is nearly overshadowed

And thats a shame

Thanksgiving is awesome..the one day a year set aside to be grateful and thankful for all the blessings we have..a truly all American holiday, and I think we lose it to our peril, preserve it to our profit!
