ALS XLS 204 Top Labelling System
This system can be used as a standalone or integrated into an existing production line. A product is loaded onto the conveyor (in this example - pack of padded envelopes) and is transported to the labelling head. Following a start signal a pre-printed label is applied to the top surface at a speed matched to that of the conveyor. A foam roller ensures the label is dressed. This standard system is used to label many different products. It can also be equipped with an optional coder/over-printer, such as a TIJ (thermal inkjet), TTO (thermal transfer over-printer), HFC (hot foil coder).
