Dave & Daryl's EPIC Adventure - rideable yes or no?
An epic stage and some gruelling terrain again at the Cape Epic . Some riders opt to walk some
Single track sections which irritates Dave immensely , the crash tally is 2-1 still (a win for us ) , also we move up to Cape Epic royalty .
My fitness or lack of is catching up to me too so the legs are aching a bit this morning.
