Chef Leon C. Brunson - Promo
My name is Leon Charles Brunson, I am a chef-owner based out of Tallahassee, Florida. Throughout my 11 year career, I have utilized unique ingredients and focused on developing advanced techniques to transform food in a way that captures flavors in a creative manner. When cooking, I concentrate on creating food that is memorable, imaginative, and delicious to provide a lasting experience for the individual.
I graduated from Gulf Coast State College, an American Culinary Federation accredited college, with my Associates in Science in Culinary Management. During my time in Panama City, I worked both under an Olympic Chef as well as in a five-star Forbes accredited hotel. In my time in Tallahassee, I am currently working as a chef at Kool Beanz Cafe and as a personal chef. I have also graduated from Florida State University during this time with a degree in neuroscience.
