Here's how to do this move:
1) Start ball rolling to the side of your choice
2) Then do the elastico rotation from that side to the opposite side
On all 🎮 it's done exactly the same way - by simply holding & rotating the right analog stick. It might look hard, but ultimately it's a very easy skill combo.
