How to create a strobe light effect in Adobe Premiere CC.
Launch Adobe premiere pro.
Click create new folder.
Goto file
Click new,
Click new sequence,
Rename the sequence.
Goto file , Import Background image or press Cmd + I/Ctrl + I
Drag Background image to Timeline
Right click on Background image and scale to frame-size
Select the background image on timeline. Strectch It to fit the duration of your audio clip.
Goto Title, New, Default still.
Give title a preferred name.
Choose your preferred text font, Resize text to preferred text size
Goto fill, Choose preferred color
Type your preferred text
Close text.
Click and drag text to Video layer2 on timeline
Goto Title, New, Default still.
Give title a preferred name.
Choose your preferred text font, Resize text to preferred text size
Goto fill, Choose preferred color
Type your preferred text
Close text.
Click and drag text to Video layer3 on timeline
Goto Effect
In the search bar, type strobe light
Drag strobe light on text in video layer2 on timeline.
Select text on timeline
Goto effect, Select strobe light
Activate strobe light to keyframe.
Choose Color Blue
Move cursor 2 or 3 seconds each on timeline.
Pick color green
Move cursor stick 2-3secs each on timeline
Choose color Red
Move cursor stick 2-3secs on timeline
Choose color Orange
Move cursor stick 2-3secs on timeline
Select all the keyframes, right click and copy.
Move cursor a second after the keyframes, right click and paste. follow the same process till you reach the end of the clip
Goto to effect, Right click on strobe lighting, save as preset.
You should have the save strobe light as preset in your effect panel.
Drag strobe light effect on the text on video layer2 on timeline. Do the same on video layer3.
Also drag the same strob light effect on background image on timeline.
You should then have all the effects applied on everything on your timeline.
Goto file , Import your audio
Drag and drop on audio layer1 on the timeline
Save and Export.
