・Uses only physical attacks.
・Uses strong ice attacks.
・Uses attacks that inflict Paralyze and Sap.
・Out of reach of melee attacks when it becomes airborne.

Take Ice resistant accessory with you. I got lucky in this fight but usually Isgebind paralyze some of your characters when it jumps.
So put "Ultra Cure" as second slot of your healer. It uses only physical attacks so protect is enough, no need for shell.
