Analyzing Amethyst Art
We're showcasing the new Amethyst art and decided to run some through various AI detectors to see how they measure up.
Spoilers: These detectors should technically agree on each image, but often they do not, exposing their inaccuracy.
Disclaimer: DEM will not employ generative systems to create illustrations as a means of circumventing artists or as a method of saving money. Our art budgets will not be affected.
However, we do feel that artificial intelligence can play a role at certain stages in the artistic process and trust that commissioned artists will be responsible and ethical with whatever tools they employ to create the quality we expect.
We support the ethical application of all technology and know that when employed unethically, the problem always lies with the human component.
