The Cali Metropolitan Police dismissed a patrol officer from service using "discretionary authority." In response, a conciliation request was filed on August 27, 2024, and admitted on August 30, 2024. Attorney @DANIELNEIRARIOS, representing the requesting party, opposed the postponement and pointed out the level of internal disarray within the military entity, noting that they presented a power of attorney with a presentation note dated March 7, 2024, even though the conciliation process had not yet begun, which he deemed fraudulent.
