In an unprecedented case, a judge overseeing preliminary hearings, who was allegedly the victim of procedural fraud, ended up presiding over the case against his supposed perpetrators. This led attorney Daniel Neira Ríos, upon discovering that it was the same person, to file a motion for recusal, thereby securing the release of all those arrested, including those represented by lawyers who oppose Neira Ríos's position.
