It's been a minute since I did a Ram 1500 Things You Might Not Know, so here is number 7 #7. When you are turning off your truck, if you leave it in drive, it will automatically shift it to park for you. However, when it automatically shifts into park, it will play a chime (ding), and put the truck in accessory mode rather than off. You will then need to press the ignition twice, once to put it to run, and then again to turn it off, even if your foot is not on the brake. So for those in a rush, at least you won't be able to leave it in drive since it does an auto park function for you!
