Now more than ever, patient experience is at the forefront of our care delivery. While we know things look different than they did a few months ago, due to COVID-19, our promise to our patients has always been and continues to be to provide high quality, compassionate care.
With safety being of one of our core values and a top priority, we have enhanced protocols in place to protect you and our caregivers as we prepare to resume select surgeries, procedures and other critical services. Things like designating COVID-Free Zones to minimize any risk of infection, performing temperature screenings of all patients, colleagues, physicians, visitors and requiring masks to be worn by everyone throughout our facilities are just a few of the ways we are taking steps to a healthier environment. That is our pledge.
