Doom 3 - Sikkmod + Wulfen Parallax Textures
Sikkmod offers a number of enhanced graphical effects and gameplay tweaks for Doom 3. In this video, I have another of Sikkmod's graphical effects turned down so they're more subtle - things like HDR lightbloom, film grain, vignetting, so on and so forth.
I am playing on Hard difficulty with reduced enemy HP and slowly regenerating health (as you can see, when I take damage, it takes a long time for my health to regen to full). Sikkmod also changes things so that you take location based damage, so headshots do more damage than body shots, etc.
I am also playing with Wulfen's parallax texture pack, which as you'll probably notice, impacts the framerate quite a bit.
