DuraCoat is a two part chemical coating. Unlike other firearm finishes, DuraCoat was created specifically for firearms. DuraCoat is permanent, so practice on something you don't intend on using before you try it on something valuable. With normal use, a firearm finished with DuraCoat will last several lifetimes.
