A massive relic, seething with Havoc, has been discovered in the forest. It has begun warping space and time in the surrounding area. The sudden appearance of the Sisters is also concerning - no messages regarding the relic have been transmitted. How did they know it had been found by the DF? Is this a matter of competing jurisdictions, or has the influence of Havoc begun to spread further than temporal shifts?
