Every Inazuma C2R1 vs Their Counterparts! Does Inazuma need buffs?
Every test is done with 3 rotations!
Ideally it would be 5-10 rotations, but I didn't want to make the video too long.

Not a very fair matchup since skirk is still top 5 DPS, tried to make full use of Ayaka's constellations by using a large enemy and using skill twice to make sure burst was up on every rotation.
Still pretty unrealistic to expect Ayaka to have burst up on her 4th rotation.

1:14 Yae vs Fischl
Fischl just outdamages Yae in almost any team, even prior to Hex buffs.
Not many reasons to run Yae over Fischl even in Raiden teams, since her long field time takes away buff duration time.

2:20 Raiden vs Razor
I was really expecting Raiden to be able to pull off more DMG.
While the team does not make full use of Raiden's flexibility, there are not many recent teams/characters that need it in the first place.

3:29 Yoimiya vs Klee
A bit of an "ideal situation" run, mostly for Yoimiya since taking DMG or dashing would usually end up resetting her NA combo.
On the flip side, a C0R0 Yoimiya should still be able to mantain ~74k DPS (almost negligible 6k DPS loss).

4:31 Barbara vs Kokomi
I decided to do a DPS showcase, because otherwise the only difference would be the fact that koko can equip 4pc Millelith (and better healing).
Kokomi's build could still be improved with a 2pc Healing bonus, but i think the damage was not too bad for an on field healer.
Escoffier could be replaces with kazuha since theres no need for healing.

Skipped Characters
I decided to skip Kazuha vs Sucrose, as which character is better depends on wether the team needs DMG bonus or EM more (recent characters need more EM).
As for Itto and Ayato I don't have them so I was forced to skip them but their current situation is probably just as bad, if not maybe worse.
Hopefully Inazuma buffs will be coming soon to make these characters more viable again!
I personally feel like Inazuma is in much more of a need for buffs than Liyue, altho logically, according to order, the next country to recieve buffs should be Liyue.
