Press potentially infected buttons (hands-free!) with Augmented Reality (AR) and hand recognition 🤚🦠
I'm worried to touch buttons in public as COVID-19 could linger on surfaces. But what if you can have a button pressed by hovering your hand in front of a camera?
As a fun experiment, I made an AR prototype and a video to demonstrate it. Learned pretty interesting things like NUI (Natural User Interface) and a bit of coding to get the prototype to work too.
