This MToon Shader for Unreal Engine is based on VRM4U Plugin by ruyo.
I cleaned the original shader and organized it with modular material functions, now it is easy for custom modifications.
You can download it and use for free, no plugins are needed to use the shaders in your projects, works on UE4.24+ Including UE5.0+
This unreal engine toon shader can be used to make models look stylized for cartoon or anime effect.
Also this UE4 shader is good for VRoid models and VTubers, very customizable and works without post-process.
It's not excluded that this is the most effective free anime shader for Unreal Engine, for UE4 and UE5.
Free to download and use, the VRM4U plugin also can be downloaded to import and manage VRoid models directly in the engine.
