Raspberry Pi PoE HAT problem - fixed it! (PWJ114)
The new Raspberry Pi PoE (power over ethernet) has a serious problem. Whenever an USB device is connected that draws more than 200 mA, the USB chip senses overcurrent and shuts off the port. This is not very useful....
I found a way to fix this issue and the USB is now able to deliver more than 1000 mA.
