Dengan kehilangan Superman di seluruh multiverse, Dr. Strange yang dibantu oleh Coulson terpaksa menjelajah untuk mencari beberapa buah lagi multiverse yang masih lagi mempunyai Superman untuk membantu mereka menyelamatkan multiverse yang berbaki dan juga menyelesaikan misteri kehilangan The Watcher dan juga The Eternals yang masih lagi lenyap tanpa memberikan bantuan di dalam masalah besar mereka...dan di dalam masa yang sama kewujudan Spiderman dan juga Batman dari multiverse yang berlainan banyak memberikan mereka peluang untuk menghampiri kejayaan mencari Superman tetapi pada akhir pencarian mereka berhujung kegagalan disebabkan Clark Kent yang mereka jumpai tersebut bukanlah Superman bahkan hanyalah seorang profesor yang sedang berjalan jalan disekitar bandar bagi mencari bahan untuk kajian di universiti nanti. Puas juga untuk mereka membuatkan dia percaya yang beliau adalah Superman dari planet Krypton tetapi dinafikan oleh Clark. Demi untuk membuktikan beliau adalah Superman, Dr.Strange telah mengambil langkah drastik lalu menghumban Clark dari bangunan tinggi ketika suasana kacau bilau yang disebabkan oleh satu punca yang mereka sendiri tidak ketahui dan angkara siapakah yang mengakibatkan banyak berlaku kehancuran di sana sini. Adakah mereka telah membuat satu kesilapan kerana menembusi multiverse yang sepatutnya terdapat Superman? Jika mereka gagal untuk menjumpai Man of Steel yang sebenarnya dan juga masih hidup, maka dikatakan akan berlaku satu sumpahan alam yang akan membuatkan semua makhluk di setiap sudut multiverse akan lenyap dan akan digantikan dengan makhluk2 rahsia baru alam semesta yang lebih maju dan cekap dari yang pernah ada sebelum ini.
Mereka hanya tinggal dua multiverse lagi yang belum ditembusi dan kini mereka di dalam percaturan diantara membuat pilihan yang paling tepat tanpa ada ruang pun untuk membuat kesilapan seterusnya. Apakah nasib Clark Kent yang telah dihumban itu dan adakah dia selamat atau dia hanya berpura2 sahaja sebagai manusia biasa? barangkali Dr. Stephen Strange juga tidak sanggup lagi kehilangan semua rakan seperjuangannya yang telah ramai gugur menentang hukum alam semesta yang terlalu misteri untuk ditafsirkan.
With Superman missing across the multiverse, Dr. Strange, assisted by Coulson, had to explore to find a few more multiverses that still have Superman to help them save the rest of the multiverse and also solve the mystery of the disappearance of The Watcher and also The Eternals who still disappeared without providing help in their big problems.. .and at the same time the existence of Spiderman and Batman from different multiverses gave them many opportunities to approach the success of finding Superman but at the end of their search they ended in failure because the Clark Kent they met was not Superman but rather a professor who was walking around city to find material for studies at the university later.
