The Viper V2 Pro loses some features from the previous version but is now geared more toward pro and competitive use, because the fewer features you have on a mouse, the less it weighs. Even just having extra buttons, like one on top, can add a few grams. So yes, this doesn't have the stand to charge it or buttons on the right side, but it's now super low weight to compete with the G Pro X.
