Dr. Frank Turek is a very successful Christian apologist and host of the YouTube channel 'Cross Examined'. Many theists believe that this Christian debater refuted atheism decades ago. In this video, Dr. Turek is challenged by Magic Skeptic aka Magic Dara. What did you expect with a video titled 'Theist Challenged By Magic Skeptic'? Magic Skeptic focuses his attention on the social media posts of Dr. Turek and suffice to say, there are many Christian tweets debunked by the end. While Christian debunk videos are common, this one isn't quite like the others, as Magic Skeptic combines his critique and Irish wit to produce unusual results. These videos are often framed as 'atheist refutes Christian philosopher' or 'atheist refutes Christian' more generally but one must remember that Magic Skeptic (according to his name), is a skeptic first and an atheist second. This is because evidence would compel his skeptical mindset to accept the existence of God if such evidence were provided. Therefore, it would be better to think of the video as 'skeptic critiques Christian apologist' or 'Christian apologist debunked' for short. That said, some may disagree with labelling Dr. Turek as a mere apologist and so perhaps 'Christian theist challenged by Magic Skeptic' or 'skilled theist challenged by Magic Skeptic' would be better. Whatever, your perspective, this video seeks to demonstrate why God doesn't exist and why Christianity makes no sense.
