HCA, Cut and Lateral Separation - Air Combat Bite-sized

HCA (DTG) and Cut are great tools to describe the geometry of the engagement, and from there, determine how it will evolve.
Lateral separation indicates instead how much manoeuvring room the fighter has, which a fundamental information, especially when aiming at a stern conversion. For instance, for an RQ AIM-9 shot (a must for older AIM-9 versions), performing a VID or even rejoining a tanker.
