Officer Jeb East is seen in the footage released this week standing on the rear side of the pulled-over Imponte near route US-14 in Blaine County.

That's when a Red Dominator ASP can be seen flying into Officer Jeb & Victim at a high-rate of speed. The driver of the Red Dominator, 27 year old Justin Whitley of Mirror Park can be seen running away from the scene of the crash. He was later apprehended in Paleto Bay earlier this week.
