This is Base 8 Number System.
Addition:
In Octal number syatem, we start counting form 0 and proceed to 7. We add one more unit in 7, we get eight which is written as: 7+1= (10)8 it is read as, one zero with base 8.
A binary number system is a system which has a base of two. Binary number system has base 2 as it uses 2 digits from 0 to 1.
The number system that we use in our daily life is the decimal number system. Decimal number system has base 10 as it uses 10 digits from 0 to 9.
Binary system= 0,1
base five=0 to 4
octal system= 0 to 7
hexadecimal = 0 to 9 AT B C D E F
