The three immense pyramids of Giza remain the most imposing and symbolic monuments of Egyptian civilization. The Cheops Pyramid, first among the seven wonders of Antiquity, stands out as the most colossal among all Egyptian pyramids. Khafre is associated with the pyramid of the same name, while Mykerinos is the most modest, remaining unfinished. The Saqqara Necropolis, positioned south of the Great Pyramids, is a vast burial site housing the Step Pyramid of Zoser, recognized as the first pyramid erected in the world.
